Art in the Park - Make your own Prairie Wildflower brooch

Sarah Timewell, is a Métis artist who produces botanical art in the mediums of beadwork, drawing, and painting. Her work explores the relationship between plants, environment, self, and community.
 
Sarah will be teaching a two-part class.
 
Day 1 - July 12
Will be held in the Habitat Conservation Area where you will learn how to sketch a design for a prairie wildflower brooch. Approximately 1 hour.
 
Day 2 - July 13
Will be held in Wascana Place, where Sarah will teach everyone how to make their own brooch from the design they made the previous day. Approximately 3-4 hours.
